New Earth Insight #3: Identity and Self-Actualization

by David Nova

In the previous post, I shared an insight about manifestation on the New 4D Earth, that we will work very intimately with the natural world, in partnership with 4D Gaia.

This third insight concerns a new form of identity. Once I start down the path of insight, a larger picture begins to develop, however some of the details may just be my mind’s interpretation or some creative bridges on my part. Again, take all of this with a grain of salt. If any of this information resonates with you, take what resonates and leave the rest behind.

It is my sense that our individual identity will not be the exact same identity that we currently experience in this 3D incarnation. This might sound disturbing at first, as if we are going to be become someone else entirely. This is not the case. Rather, we are going to become more fully ourselves.

One of my greatest personal frustrations in this 3D experience is that I do not feel like I am experiencing my true and complete self. There is always an underlying sense of loss, frustration, and amnesia. This sensation has many different aspects. Everyone is in a different state of spiritual awakening, and everyone manifests different spiritual gifts in this lifetime. Since childhood, I’ve always had this nagging sensation that I wasn’t experiencing my truest (pre-birth, spiritual) self. In adulthood, the sensation of not being fully-actualized can manifest as alienation, isolation, depression, and low self-esteem.  If we look beyond these symptoms to spiritual solutions we can ease our suffering. Yet the fact remains, in this 3D world we are never going to experience 100% of our truest, fullest, most talented, most gifted, most intelligent, most radiant selves. That’s not to say we can’t be 100% aware of our wondrous spiritual selves in 3D, we’re just not going to 100% experience it on a daily basis. 3D Society will still degrade us or ignore us. This 3D environment will still attempt to weaken us and make us sick, rather than nurture us and support us. It will always be a bit of an uphill battle. And we have learned to build ego-armor to protect our core self.

What a joy life would be to begin to experience our 100% authentic, talented, loving, truest self in a supported, loving environment. The lesson is to separate our illusory ego self-image from our true creative spiritual self. The lesson is to trust ourself enough to take off the ego-armor, to define ourself without our ego-armor. The lesson is to go within and rediscover ourselves, to rediscover our true identity in Source.

In 4D, self-actualization is much more important to our sense of identity than our self-protection. Currently in 3D, our sense of identity is typically masked by layers of cautious ego-self-protection and a multiplicity of externalized role playing. What would our identity in 4D be without all of that baggage? Would we feel lost? Or would we feel liberated?  The answer may determine how we’d get along in 4D.

I sense that there may well be an even more challenging aspect to our sense of identity in 4D. Do we become aware of our past 3D incarnations in 4D? Do we begin to process and integrate all of our past 3D incarnations in 4D? How does that transform our sense of individual identity when we experience a multiplicity of past-life identities and begin to integrate them into one unified being? We begin to expand well beyond a single human identity. We rediscover forgotten or dormant talents. We heal forgotten wounds. We incorporate lifetimes of knowledge. The concept of pure individuality may even begin to blur. And this could transform the way in which we interact with a larger community of souls. The implications are staggering.  Ultimately, the very definition of individual and group may become completely transparent, even meaningless. We may become both simultaneously. And this is perhaps where Insight #1-Telepathy comes into greater play. In The Law of One, Ra referred to this larger state of being as a Social-Memory-Complex.

11.17 Questioner: At what stage does a planet achieve social memory?

Ra: I am Ra. A mind/body/spirit social complex becomes a social memory complex when its entire group of entities are of one orientation or seeking. The group memory lost to the individuals in the roots of the tree of mind then become[s] known to the social complex, thus creating a social memory complex. The advantages of this complex are the relative lack of distortion in understanding the social beingness and the relative lack of distortion in pursuing the direction of seeking, for all understanding/distortions are available to the entities of the society.

And this may be but one reason why life in 4D is almost impossible to describe in 3D terms.
